The mission of Nia Kuumba Spirituality Center is to provide an atmosphere in which African and African American women:

• Can come together in community to be challenged and encouraged to live as fully as possible, lives of purpose (Nia) and creativity (Kuumba)​

• Can be nourished spirituality through prayer, mentoring, spiritual direction, body-mind-spirit practices, and mutual support.
