Nia Kuumba hosts a variety of programs and events throughout the year. All events focus on encouraging and motivating through learning and fellowship. Signature events are described below.
Book Club
Every 1st Sunday of the month Nia Kuumba invites friends and community members to engage in a book club. Occasionally, the book club is substituted with a film followed by a facilitated dialogue. Book clubs begin at 2:00 p.m.

Spiritual Meetings and Meditation
The scripture/prayer group meets every 1st Thursday of the month at 8:00 a.m. – 9:00 a.m. This program is a great way to start the day through prayer, food, and fellowship. Meetings are held at: Uncle Bill's Pancake House.
